How the scoring works. Each tool takes 8-15 inputs across biomarkers, lifestyle, and subjective metrics, then weights them against research-derived optimal ranges. The biological age calculator uses a modified Levine PhenoAge algorithm. The testosterone score weights sleep duration, training history, body composition, and lab values using effect sizes from published meta-analyses. No black box.
What you get back. A single composite score, a breakdown by domain so you see which inputs are pulling the score down, the three highest-leverage interventions for your specific profile, and a printable protocol you can share with a physician. Not medical advice — a structured way to think about your numbers and where to apply effort first.
